Tyler Oliver takes the Lead
St. Croix Legends is delighted to announce Tyler Oliver as the new Head Coach for our USL2 Men's Legends team. A former standout player and a familiar face at St. Croix, Tyler brings a wealth of coaching experience and a strong connection to our club.
Tyler, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Business Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas, is perusing his Master of Science in Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul. Completing his B license and currently holds National C License from the United States Soccer Federation, Tyler exemplifies his commitment to coaching excellence.
Head Coach at Hamline University, Tyler achieved notable success, including a program record for away wins and a remarkable finished above .500 for the 3rd time In over 15 years. His coaching prowess is highlighted by accolades such as the MIAC Rookie of the Year in 2023 and two MIAC Players of the Week.
Prior coaching roles at Gustavus Adolphus College showcases Tyler's impressive journey, adding to his extensive coaching background.
As a former player for St. Croix, University of St. Thomas and Eastern Illinois University, Tyler's deep understanding of our club's values and his dedication make him the ideal leader for the USL2 Men's Legends team.
